Amazing Kamyanets-Podilsky, “city on the stone” is the real gem of Podillya. In every street, in every building you can feel the spirit of the Middle Ages. The atmosphere here is that of peace, and you can admire real masterpieces of architecture from the distant past for hours.

The rock cliff monastery of Bakota is an equally attractive place. It has stunning views of the Dnister Canyon and a powerful energy. You have to go about 300 meters up the path to see the uniqueness of this place. The monastery surprises with the beauty of nature, history and simplicity at the same time.

A legacy of Kievan Rus is a fortress in Medjibozh. It has been preserved in excellent condition, and is treated with special reverence and regularly restored. There is a museum, a castle church, a gallery, castle walls and a knight’s tower with an observation deck, a carriage yard and barracks. Every year in August the historical knight festival “Ancient Medzhibozh” takes place there.

The village of Malijivtsi can be called the most picturesque corner of Podillya. Apart from the Orlovsky palace, which in terms of beauty, perfection, elegance and harmony cannot be rivaled by any Podillya residence, there is also an old park with two ponds, fountains and a water tower stylized as a castle tower in Malijivtsi. The main attraction of Malijivtsi, however, is the 18-metres high rock with a waterfall and a cave grotto.

Atlantida Cave is a unique cave, attracting tourists from all over the world. It is located in the village of Zavallia in the Kamyanets Podilskyi region and is striking for its crystals. In the cave you can explore about seven and a half kilometres of underground labyrinths, and crystals are everywhere – on the walls ,on the ceiling and on the floor.
